Multigrains Oats, Rye & Quinoa

A nutritious breakfast for a good start into the day. Rich in fiber. Energy and fiber get you started and keep you going. The mix of larger oat and rye flakes give your breakfast a firmer bite.


Oats are beneficial for your health. Eating 30 to 60 grams of oat products (such as oatmeal) per day lowers the LDL cholesterol level in the blood. High LDL cholesterol levels increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Grain products that contain sufficient grain fiber help to reduce the risk of certain diseases. In addition, they contain many beneficial nutrients such as carbohydrates, fiber, B vitamins and minerals.

Quinoa is a source of protein, fiber, folate and magnesium.


Place 175ml of water or milk, salt and Multigrains (40g) in a bowl.
Heat this for 1.5 to 2 minutes at 600 watts in the microwave. Stir before serving.

Serving tip

Add a few fresh berries, toasted nuts, cinnamon, maple syrup or sugar. There are many delicious options.
